Eligibility for Returns:
Returns will only be accepted if the product is received with physical damage.
Note:
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages within 24 Hours of delivery.
Return Window:
You must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery, After reporting you have 7 days to initiate the return.
Note:
- If damage is not reported within 24 hours, the return will not be accepted even if it is within 7 days.
Proof of Damage:
To qualify for a return, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@nestloot.com to report the damage and request a return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable
Note:
- Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not physically damaged or If the damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery or if the return request is made after 7 days of receiving the product, the return will not be accepted.
